The 4.00-6" Flat-Free Tire for Residential Wheelbarrows is a perfect replacement for wheelbarrows with 4.00" x 6" tire sizes. The most common types of wheelbarrows that use these tire sizes are 4 cubic feet wheelbarrows and regular residential wheelbarrows.

The flat-free wheelbarrow tire comes pre-assembled with a 1.75" centered hub and 5/8" bearings. The adapter kit includes two 3/4" bearings, two 0.5" wide nylon spacers, and two 1.57" wide nylon spacers. Customers can choose the suitable bearings or spacers to fit their tires when replacing them.

The installation process is straightforward: 1. Remove the old tire from the wheelbarrow by first removing one or both axle brackets. 2. Measure the hub length of the old wheel and calculate the length of spacers needed. 3. Measure the diameter of the axle for the existing axle. If the axle is too big, then check the enclosed 3/4" bearings. 4. If the 3/4" bearings fit, remove the 5/8" bearings using a screwdriver or other tools to pound them out. 5. Insert the new suitable bearing by placing a block of wood on top of it and then hitting the block with a hammer (the block would protect the bearing). 6. Install the new tire onto the wheelbarrow. Insert the axle through the hub, add spacers (if necessary), and finally install it into the axle brackets.

Customers can save money by just replacing the tire instead of changing the whole wheelbarrow.

Please check the diameter, width, hub length, and bearing size before replacement. The 5/8" bearings are already installed on the wheel, but if they are not suitable, customers can change them for the 3/4" bearings, which are included in the kits.

The 13" Wheelbarrow Tire has an actual outer diameter of 13.2 inches and fits tire sizes 4.00"-6" (3.50/2.59-8"). The hub length is 1.75"-3"-5"-6", with a bearing size of 5/8" or 3/4" and a rim diameter of 6". This tire is not suitable for highway use and has a maximum load capacity of 300 lbs.
